Zusammenfassung:	To provide an on-vehicle electronic apparatus in which a decrease in strength in attaching serval types of second housings with different mounting positions to a first housing can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A first housing 10 is provided with through holes 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e, 14f for screw fastening and projections 16a, 16b for positioning. An upper cover 30 is provided with a bent portion 37 having fitting holes 38a, 38b.
