Zusammenfassung:To provide a light emitting element capable of improving light extraction efficiency.SOLUTION: In a light emitting element, a p-side electrode includes a pad part and an extension part continuous from the pad part in a first direction, and an opening of a light transmitting conductive film has a first opening and a second opening. The first opening has a width smaller than that of the second opening in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The extension part of the p-side electrode has a width smaller than that of the second opening in the second direction.
