Zusammenfassung:To provide a power supply device capable of flowing an appropriate current through paths arranged in parallel.SOLUTION: A power supply unit U comprises: a first conductor portion 31 and a second conductor portion 32 which are provided in parallel to each other in an electric path L1 electrically connecting a lead storage battery and a rotary electric machine; a switch SW1 which has a first switch portion 41 and a second switch portion 42 comprised of semiconductor switching elements and connected together in parallel by the first conductor portion 31 and the second conductor portion 32; and first and second generation circuits 52 and 62 which generate a voltage applied to each of gate terminals 43a of the first switch portion 41 and the second switch portion 42.
