Zusammenfassung:To provide a lens barrel such that a tilt attitude having been adjusted is constant without reference to a position of a cam part.SOLUTION: A lens barrel comprises a first cylinder having a straight advance groove 27a, a second cylinder having a cam groove 23a, a straight advance part 30 engaging the straight advance groove, and a cam part 40 engaging the cam groove. The cam part comprises a lens holding frame which is rotatable relative to the straight advance part and arranged more inside than the first cylinder and second cylinder, and holds a lens and abuts on the cam part, and the lens holding frame moves relative to the straight advance part as the cam part rotates. As the cam part rotates, the cam part pushes the lens holding frame, which moves. The lens holding frame moves in an optical-axis direction as the cam part rotates, but is restricted from moving in a circumferential direction.
