【課題】本発明は、流量計設置作業を容易に行え、しかも、流量を高精度に算出可能な超音波流量計を提供する。【解決手段】配管内を流れる流体が通過する測定路13と、その測定路13を通過する流体の流れに乗った第1超音波を発信する上流位置の第1超音波センサ11と、測定路13を通過する流体の流れに逆らった第2超音波を発信する下流位置の第2超音波センサ12と、第1超音波を反射して第2超音波センサ12へ送ると共に上記第2超音波を反射して第1超音波センサ11へ送る反射面14と、を有する測定ユニット1を、直列状に複数個連結して棒状挿入体8を構成し、棒状挿入体8は、配管に固着された分水栓を介して、配管のラジアル方向に沿って配管内に差込まれるように構成した。【選択図】図6 |
