Zusammenfassung:To provide a mammographic apparatus and puncture needle drive method capable of automatically positioning a puncture needle at a puncture position and a puncture angle according to a puncture object site using a porous compression plate.SOLUTION: A mammographic apparatus according to one embodiment comprises a compression plate, a support section, a calculation section and a drive control section. The compression plate has an opening surface with multiple openings formed thereon, and compressingly clamps mammas between a placement surface where the mammas of a subject are placed, and the opening surface. The support section supports the puncture needle that punctures the compressed mamma via at least any one of the plurality of openings, in such a manner as to be able to change a puncture position and a puncture angle. The calculation section calculates the puncture opening in which the puncture needle is punctured, out of the plurality of openings, the puncture position, and the puncture angle based on the positions of the puncture object site of a mamma and each opening of the plurality of openings. The drive control section drives the support section such that the puncture needle is positioned on a straight line passing through the puncture position and having the puncture angle calculated by the calculation section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】多孔圧迫板を用い、穿刺対象部位に応じた刺入位置および刺入角度に穿刺針を自動で位置させることができる乳房撮影装置および穿刺針駆動方法を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係る乳房撮影装置は、圧迫板と、支持部と、算出部と、駆動制御部とを備える。圧迫板は、数の開口が形成された開口面を有し、被検体の乳房が載置された載置面と開口面とで乳房を圧迫して挟持する。支持部は、圧迫された乳房を複数の開口のいずれか1つを介して穿刺する穿刺針を、刺入位置可変および刺入角度可変に支持する。算出部は、乳房の穿刺対象部位の位置と複数の開口のそれぞれの開口の位置とにもとづいて、複数の開口のうちの穿刺針を刺入する刺入開口と、刺入位置と、刺入角度と、を求める。駆動制御部は、算出部が求めた刺入位置を通り刺入角度を有する直線上に穿刺針を位置させるように支持部を駆動する。【選択図】 図1
