Zusammenfassung:	To provide a building capable of ensuring a ventilation route for ventilation under the floor of entrance soil and kitchen of the building.SOLUTION: A building including a floor structure, includes: a base that has a rise part K1, and supports the building; a soil concrete laid in a part surrounded by the rise part K1; and an entrance floor 10 adjacent to rise part K1. The lower surface of the entrance floor 10 is lower in height from the top of the soil concrete than a base top K3 of the base. A gap S communicating with the outside of the building is formed between the rise part K1 of the base and the entrance floor 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】建物の玄関土間や勝手口の床下において換気のための通気経路を確保した建物を提供する。【解決手段】床構造を備えた建物であって、立ち上がり部Ｋ１を有し、建物を支持する基礎と、立ち上がり部Ｋ１で囲まれる部分に敷設された土間コンクリートと、立ち上がり部Ｋ１に隣接する玄関床１０と、を備え、玄関床１０の下面は、基礎の基礎天端Ｋ３よりも土間コンクリートの天端からの高さが低く、基礎の立ち上がり部Ｋ１と玄関床１０との間に、建物の外部へと連通する隙間Ｓが形成されている。【選択図】図４
