Zusammenfassung:To provide a fiber material having functionality for recycling, strength, and processability from various kinds of renewable natural resources including plants and to obtain a solid molding efficiently from a sheet-like material.SOLUTION: Plants are subjected to a chemical treatment then a hydrothermal dehydration treatment to obtain a plant fiber maintaining a hollow body and having excellent strength and processability. Moreover, by replenishment of a hydrolyzable resin, a material having improved thermoformability and excellent fiber reinforcement effect and durability can be obtained without sacrificing recyclability. Also, by employing paper-folding molding and/or thermoforming, a sheet-like material can be processed into a solid molding rapidly.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 本発明の課題は、植物を含む再生可能な種々の天然の資源より、リサイクル、強度、加工性に優れた機能性を有す繊維素材を提供し、シート状の材料から効率よく立体成形物を得ることにある。【解決手段】 植物を化学処理の後に、水熱乾燥処理することで、中空状体が保たれた強度や加工性に優れた植物繊維を得る。さらに、加水分解可能な樹脂を補充することで、リサイクル性を損なわずに加熱成形が向上した繊維補強効果や耐久性に優れる素材が得られる。 また、折り紙成形および/または加熱成形を適用することで、シート状の材料から、迅速に立体成形物に加工できる。【選択図】 なし
