Zusammenfassung:To provide a technique capable of stably driving a motor even under an extremely low temperature.SOLUTION: When a temperature Temp of a battery 110 is below a predetermined value TH (predetermined temperature) at which power that can drive a motor 130 is continuously extractable, a control unit 102 controls an inverter 101 so as to extract a pulse-like direct current from the battery 110, by cyclically repeating an ON-period to extract a direct current that can drive the motor 130 from the battery 110 and an OFF-period in which, after the ON-period, power is not extracted from the battery 110 until a direct current that can drive the motor 130 becomes extractable from the battery 110 again.
