To provide a technique capable of adjusting a movable range of a supporting bearer to an appropriate range.SOLUTION: A supporting bearer of which a main surface is supported by a plate-like support arm, comprises: a holding part; and a support part. The holding part can hold a long member to a direction crossed to a length direction of the support arm. The support part is structured integrally with the holding part, and forms a groove into which at least one part of the support arm can be inserted. The support part is a surface structuring the groove, and has a first surface and a second surface which are opposite each other.
