In the conductive pattern, connection terminal portions 31a, 31b, lead portions 32a, 32b extending from the connection terminal portions, and overall non-linear heater portion 33 continuing from the lead portion are provided as linear patterns continuously composed of one conductive wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
