Zusammenfassung: | To provide a film heater that can be attached to various adherends without impairing the design of an adherend to be heated.SOLUTION: A bonding layer 2 that is solid at room temperature and exhibits adhesiveness by heating and melting is provided on one surface of a support sheet 1 made of a transparent thermoplastic resin sheet, and a conductive pattern made of conductive wires is provided on the bonding layer. In the conductive pattern, connection terminal portions 31a, 31b, lead portions 32a, 32b extending from the connection terminal portions, and overall non-linear heater portion 33 continuing from the lead portion are provided as linear patterns continuously composed of one conductive wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】加熱対象となる被着体の意匠性を損なうことなく、さまざまな被着体に貼着可能なフィルムヒータを提供する。【解決手段】透明な熱可塑性樹脂シートからなる支持シート1の一方の面に、常温では固体で加熱溶融により接着性を示す接合層2を設け、該接合層上に導電線からなる導電性パターンが設けられている。導電性パターンは、接続端子部31a、31bと、接続端子部から延びたリード部32a、32bと、リード部から続く全体として非直線状のヒータ部33とが、一本の導電線からなる連続した線状パターンとして設けられている。【選択図】図1 |
