Zusammenfassung:To provide a calibration work support system that allows an operator operating in an operator cab to easily determine whether or not a posture of a work device during calibration work of an IMU matches a target measurement posture.SOLUTION: A calibration work support system includes: an input device 15 that inputs machine information including vehicle grade information of a hydraulic excavator 1 and specification information of a front work machine 1A; a display control device 17B that generates, based on the machine information input from the input device and target posture information predetermined as a target measurement posture of the front work machine 1A when calibrating the inertial measurement units S1, S2, S3, a target posture image 24, which is an image when the front work machine 1A in the target measurement posture is viewed from a viewpoint position and a visual line direction of an operator M; and an HMD17 that displays the target posture image 24 generated by the display control device.
