Zusammenfassung:To provide an image processing device, an image processing device operation method, and an image processing device operation program, capable of extracting a point representing a track of a target charged particle with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: An acquisition part of an image processing device acquires a track recording image in which a point representing the track of charged particles containing target charged particles has been reflected. A Fourier transform processing part performs the Fourier transform processing on the track recording image acquired in the acquisition part. A band pass filter processing part performs the band pass filter processing on the track recording image after the Fourier transform processing.
