CIRCUIT VERIFICATION DEVICE AND CIRCUIT VERIFICATION METHOD

To provide a circuit verification device with which it is possible to verify a circuit composed by connecting two or more function circuits selected from a plurality of function circuits included in a verification target circuit.SOLUTION: A circuit verification device connects to a verification target circuit having a plurality of function circuits and a verification counter circuit having a counter circuit corresponding to each of the function circuits and having functionality opposite input and output relation of said function circuits, compares the output of the verification target circuit with the output of the counter circuit that ideally produces the same output as said output and determines whether or not the function circuits included in the verification target circuit are normal, compares the output of the plurality of n-1 or less function circuits connected in series which are selected from among a total number n of function circuits included in the verification target circuit with the output of a circuit composed of the respective counter circuits to these function circuits that are connected in series and determines whether or not the series circuit consisting of the selected function circuits is normal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被検証回路が有する複数の機能回路のうち選択した複数を接続した回路を検証することができる回路検証装置を提供する。【解決手段】回路検証装置は、複数の機能回路を有する被検証回路と、機能回路の入力と出力の関係が逆の関係となる機能を有する機能回路それぞれに対応する対向回路を有する検証対向回路とに接続し、被検証回路の出力と、理想的に当該出力と同じ出力を行う対向回路の出力とを比較して、被検証回路に含まれる機能回路が正常か否かを判定し、被検証回路に含まれる機能回路の総数ｎのうち、選択したｎ−１の数以下の直列に接続された複数の機能回路の出力と、それら機能回路の各対向回路が直列に接続された回路の出力とを比較して、選択された機能回路による直列の回路が正常か否かを判定する。【選択図】図１
