To provide a frame structure of a column and a beam capable of easily securing rigidity and strength of a column and a beam in the vicinity of a joint of the column and the beam.SOLUTION: A frame structure 2 of a column 3 and a beam 4 includes the column 3, the beam 4, and a joint 5 of the column 3 and the beam 4. At least one of the column 3 and the beam 4 has a lacking part 6 in which a cross sectional area decreases toward the joint 5, in the vicinity of the joint 5.
