Zusammenfassung:	To provide a packaging material having sufficient strength while being excellent in recyclability.SOLUTION: A packaging material is constituted of a laminate comprising a base material and a heat seal layer. The base material and the heat seal later are constituted of the same material, with the base material having been subjected to stretching treatment and at least one surface of the base material having been subjected to electron beam irradiation treatment.
