Zusammenfassung:	To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle which enables easy attachment and detachment of an ABS modulator and enables improvement of design flexibility of a vehicle body frame.SOLUTION: A saddle-riding type vehicle 10 includes: a leg shield 56 which covers a down frame 16 extending from a head tube 14 pivotally supporting a steering system 21 to the rear lower side and covers legs of a driver from the front side; a front wheel 28 attached to a lower end part of the steering system 21; a hydraulic front wheel brake device 72 which applies brake force to the front wheel 28; and an ABS modulator 90 which adjusts the brake force of the front wheel brake device 72. The ABS modulator 90 is attached to the down frame 16 so as to be within the leg shield 56 and offset to one side of the down frame 16 in a lateral direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ＡＢＳモジュレタの取り付け、取り外しが容易であり、また車体フレームの設計自由度を向上させることができる鞍乗型車両を提供する。【解決手段】操舵系２１を軸支するヘッドパイプ１４から後下方に延びるダウンフレーム１６を覆うとともに、運転者の脚を前方から覆うレッグシールド５６と、操舵系２１の下端部に取り付けられる前輪２８と、前輪２８に制動力を掛ける油圧式の前輪ブレーキ装置７２と、前輪ブレーキ装置７２の制動力を調整するＡＢＳモジュレタ９０と、を備える鞍乗型車両１０であって、ＡＢＳモジュレタ９０は、レッグシールド５６内であってダウンフレーム１６の左右一方側にオフセットしてダウンフレーム１６に取り付けられる。【選択図】図２
