DISASTER PREVENTION SYSTEM AND CONTROLLER

To provide a disaster prevention system and a controller, capable of grasping a state of a smoke prevention exhaustion facility.SOLUTION: A disaster prevention system 100 comprises: a smoke exhaustion port facility 3 and a smoke exhaustion apparatus 5; and a smoke exhaustion facility control board 2 for controlling the smoke exhaustion port facility 3 and the smoke exhaustion apparatus 5. The smoke exhaustion facility control board 2 comprises: a testing unit 241 for performing a test on the smoke exhaustion port facility 3 and the smoke exhaustion apparatus 5; and an output unit 242 for outputting a test related signal, a signal indicating information on the test by the testing unit 241, to a receiver 1. The testing unit 241 of the smoke exhaustion facility control board 2 performs a test on electric conduction between a side of the receiver 1 and a side of the smoke exhaustion port facility 3 and the smoke exhaustion apparatus 5.
