To reduce a panel width to increase space efficiency of the entire device.SOLUTION: A sterilizer comprises: a sterilization chamber 32 which applies a sterilization process to a housed object to be sterilized; a front door 36 which is slidable in horizontal directions in order to open/close a front opening part of the sterilization chamber 32; a front panel 40 which is arranged around the front opening part of the sterilization chamber 32 and provided so as to conceal an area around a sterilization chamber external wall; and a front control panel 46 having an operation display unit 48 which is provided with an operation part 45 which an operator can operate and a process display ramp 44 showing a current sterilization process.
