Zusammenfassung: | To prevent the disabled operation of a power control device having the charge voltage of a capacitor as a power source.SOLUTION: A power control device 100 includes: an initiation circuit 130 which, when it is switched on, charges a capacitor connected to a second node Vcc with a full-wave rectification voltage input to a first node VH; and a control circuit 110 which switches on the initiation circuit 130 in the case where a voltage of the second node Vcc is decreased, on detection that the voltage of the second node Vcc is increased to reach a third voltage after the voltage of the second node Vcc is decreased to be lower than a second voltage, and that a voltage of the first node VH is lower than a first voltage value. The control circuit 110 switches on the initiation circuit 110 on detection that the voltage of the second node Vcc has become lower than a fourth voltage which is lower than the second voltage, even if the voltage of the first node is not detected to be lower than the first voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
