COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE, FACILITY USAGE FEE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, FACILITY USAGE FEE MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND FACILITY USAGE FEE MANAGEMENT METHOD

To fulfill a desire to have a performance viewed by many persons, and to reduce a burden of a facility usage fee users pay to facilities.SOLUTION: A facility usage fee management device has: a usage time measurement unit that measures a usage time of a facility of a performer; a live video management unit that a live video shooting a performance of the performer using the facility to a consideration management device; and a facility usage fee management unit that receives a usage fee of the facility to be transmitted from the consideration management device, appropriate the received usage fee to a facility usage amount of the performer to be calculated from the usage time the usage time measurement unit measures, and calculate an amount the performer pays to the facility. The consideration management device has: a live video distribution unit that receives the live video, and distributes the live video to a terminal desiring to view the live video; and a consideration management unit that receives a consideration paid to the live video from the terminal, calculates a total amount of received consideration, converts the total amount of the received consideration to the usage fee of the facility of the performer, and transmits the usage fee to the facility usage fee management device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】パフォーマンスを多くの人に見てもらいたいと希望をかなえ、利用者が施設に支払う施設利用料金の負担を減少させること。【解決手段】施設利用料金管理装置は、演者の施設の利用時間を計測する利用時間計測部と、施設を利用した演者のパフォーマンスを撮影したライブ映像を、対価管理装置に送信するライブ映像管理部と、対価管理装置から送信される施設の利用料金を受信し、受信した利用料金を、利用時間計測部が計測した利用時間から算出される演者の施設利用金額に充当し、演者が施設に支払う金額を算出する施設利用料金管理部を有する。対価管理装置は、ライブ映像を受信し、ライブ映像の視聴を希望する端末に、ライブ映像を配信するライブ映像配信部と、端末からライブ映像に対して支払われた対価を受信し、受信した対価の合計額を算出し、対価の合計額を、演者の施設の利用料金に換算し、施設利用料金管理装置に送信する対価管理部を有する。【選択図】図１
