GAS WATER HEATER

To provide a gas water heater with which it is possible to improve the arrangement freedom of an oxygen sensor in a confirmation in which the temperature of sensor element of an oxygen sensor that detects an oxygen concentration is raised by a combustion gas.SOLUTION: A gas water heater 10 comprises an exhaust tube 41 for exhausting a combustion gas from a combustion chamber 25, an A/F sensor 61 attached to the exhaust tube 41, and a control unit 71 for controlling a combustion state in the combustion chamber 25 on the basis of the detection result of the A/F sensor 61. In addition, a supply tube 51 capable of raising the temperature of the sensor element by supplying a portion of combustion gas generated in the combustion chamber 25 to the A/F sensor 61 is provided separately from the exhaust tube 41. The supply tube 51 is constituted so that a reduction amount of the temperature of a combustion gas that decreases while being supplied from the combustion chamber 25 to the A/F sensor 61 through the supply tube 51 is smaller than a reduction amount of the temperature of a combustion gas that decreases while reaching the A/F sensor 61 from the combustion chamber 25 through the exhaust tube 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】酸素濃度を検出する酸素センサのセンサ素子を燃焼ガスにより昇温させる構成において酸素センサの配置自由度を向上させることができるガス給湯器を提供する。【解決手段】ガス給湯器１０は、燃焼ガスを燃焼室２５から排出する排気管４１と、排気管４１に付属のＡ／Ｆセンサ６１と、Ａ／Ｆセンサ６１の検出結果に基づいて燃焼室２５における燃焼状態を制御する制御部７１とを備えている。また、燃焼室２５において生成された燃焼ガスの一部をＡ／Ｆセンサ６１へ供給することによりセンサ素子を昇温させることが可能な供給管５１が排気管４１とは別に設けられている。供給管５１は、排気管４１を通じて燃焼室２５からＡ／Ｆセンサ６１に到達するまでの間に低下する燃焼ガスの温度の低下量と比較して、供給管５１を通じて燃焼室２５からＡ／Ｆセンサ６１に供給されるまでの間に低下する燃焼ガスの温度の低下量の方が小さくなるように構成されている。【選択図】 図２
