Zusammenfassung:To reduce a risk that a trip occurs due to change of a target rotational frequency, in a turbine.SOLUTION: A rotational frequency control device of a turbine comprises a control unit and a target rotational frequency change unit. The control unit outputs a command value of a turbine operating amount by proportional control based on the deviation between a target rotational frequency of the turbine and an actual rotational frequency. The target rotational frequency change unit is configured to change the target rotational frequency within a rotational frequency adjustment range only when the actual rotational frequency is within a limit range in which a trip does not occur in the turbine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】タービンにおいて、目標回転数の変更に起因してトリップが発生するリスクを低減する。【解決手段】タービンの回転数制御装置は、制御部と目標回転数変更部とを備える。制御部は、タービンの目標回転数と実回転数との偏差に基づく比例制御により、タービンの操作量の指令値を出力する。目標回転数変更部は、タービンのトリップが生じない制限範囲内に実回転数が収まっている場合にのみ、回転数調整範囲内で目標回転数を変更するように構成されている。【選択図】 図2
