To provide a work machine which can suppress invalidation of operation of an operation device by erroneous detection while preventing erroneous operation of an operation lever (operation device).SOLUTION: A work machine including a seat (32), a right operation device (41) provided on the right side in a horizontal direction of the seat, and a left operation device (43) provided on the left side in the horizontal direction of the seat, comprises: a mass distribution detection device (60) which is provided on the seat and detects distribution of a mass of a worker; an operation invalidation device (78) which makes at least one operation of the right operation device and the left operation device invalid; and a controller (80). The controller includes: an attitude determination part (83) which determines an attitude of the worker based on displacement of the distribution of the mass of the worker; and an operation invalidation control part (85) which controls the operation invalidation device.
