LOAD-BEARING STRUCTURE OF REEL FOR LONG BODY

To provide a load-bearing structure of a reel for a long body which can suppress that strong force and impact are directly added to a fixation site between a fixed-end of the long body and a fixed part of a drum when the long body is pulled with strong force and so on.SOLUTION: In a reel for long body comprising a drum 31 to which a fixed-end 22 of a long body 21 is fixed and which rotates, a load bearing part 41 having an insertion opening 42, through which a long body 21 pulled out from the drum 31 is inserted, is provided, and a stopper 23 is fixed in the vicinity of the fixed-end 22 of the long body 21. An insertion part comprises a small opening 33, and the small opening 33 is larger than an outer diameter of the long body 21 and is smaller than the stopper 23. The stopper 23 contacts a marginal part 44 of the small opening 33, whereby it is avoided that a pulling load is added to the fixed-end 22 of the long body 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】長尺体が強い力で引っ張られた時などに、長尺体の固定端とドラムの固定部との固定箇所に強い力や衝撃が直接が加わることを抑制した長尺体用リールの耐荷重構造の提供を図る。【解決手段】長尺体２１の固定端２２が固定されて回転するドラム３１とを備えた長尺体用リールにおいて、ドラム３１から引き出された長尺体２１が通される挿通開口４２を有する荷重受け部４１が設けられ、長尺体２１の固定端２２の近傍にはストッパ２３が固定される。挿通部は、小開口部３３を備えたものであり、小開口部３３は、長尺体２１の外径よりも大きく、且つ、ストッパ２３よりも小さなものとする。ストッパ２３が小開口部３３の縁部４４に当接することで、長尺体２１の固定端２２に引っ張り荷重が加わることを回避する。【選択図】図１
