METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PNEUMATIC TIRE

To provide a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire in which a variance of temperature differences of a raw cover during vulcanization has been suppressed.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire includes a process of heating and pressurizing a raw cover R that includes steps of: (i) supplying a vulcanizing gas into a bladder 6 locating inside the raw cover R so that the inner pressure becomes a first pressure; (ii) discharging the gas inside the bladder 6; (iii) stopping the gas discharge when the inner pressure of the bladder 6 lowers to a second pressure; (iv) supplying the vulcanizing gas into the bladder 6 to raise the inner pressure of the bladder 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】加硫時のローカバーの温度差のばらつきが抑えられた空気入りタイヤの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】本発明に係る空気入りタイヤの製造方法のローカバーＲを加熱及び加圧する工程は、（ｉ）ローカバーＲの内側に位置するブラダー６内部に、内圧が第一圧力となるように加硫用気体を供給する工程、（ii）上記ブラダー６内部の気体を放出する工程、（iii）上記ブラダー６の内圧が第二圧力まで下がると、気体の放出を止める工程、（iv）上記ブラダー６内部に上記加硫用気体を供給することで、ブラダー６の内圧を上げる工程を含む。【選択図】図２
