Zusammenfassung: | To provide a pore diffusion membrane module implementing prediction performance in a pore diffusion membrane separation technique where structure characteristics to be equipped by nonwoven fabric is shown when the nonwoven fabric is used as a porous flat membrane loaded in the module.SOLUTION: In a pore diffusion module,: primary side flow passage is designed (a cloth-like material showing the role of a valve in a flow passage flowing a liquid from a laminar flow preparation region to a pore diffusion region is added and so on) so that dynamic pressure loaded on a porous membrane constituting the wall part of the primary side flow passage of a pore diffusion membrane module becomes zero; and nonwoven fabric constituted with cellulose nanofibers is adopted as a porous flat membrane in the module connected in series with the laminar flow preparation region and the pore diffusion region from the lower part of the flow passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】孔拡散膜分離技術で予測されている性能を具現化する孔拡散膜モジュールにおいて該モジュールに装填される多孔性平膜として、不織布を利用する際に該不織布が具備すべき構造特性を示す。【解決手段】孔拡散膜モジュールの一次側流路の壁部を構成する多孔性膜に負荷される動圧が零となるように一次側流路が設計(層流準備域から孔拡散領域へ液体が流動する流路内に弁の役割を示す布状物を加えるなど)され該流路の下部より層流準備域と孔拡散領域とが直列的に連結しているモジュール内に多孔性平膜としてセルロースナノファイバーで構成された不織布を採用することを特徴とする孔拡散モジュール。【選択図】図1 |
