To provide a crop sorting apparatus capable of effectively utilizing a region in a conveyance direction of the crop sorting apparatus.SOLUTION: A crop sorting apparatus 1 includes a conveyor 11, a quality measurement part 13, and a take-out part 14. The conveyor 11 conveys a crop in a conveyance direction. The quality measurement part 13 controls measurement environment, and measures a quality of the crop conveyed by the conveyor 11. The take-out part 14 takes out the crop whose the quality measured by the quality measurement part 13 does not satisfy a quality standard from the conveyor 11.
