Zusammenfassung: | To reduce influence of heat shock stress that a cell, which is a sample temporarily stored inside a pass box, receives.SOLUTION: A sample storage device has: a body having a mounting table on which at least a culture vessel culturing a cell is mounted, and a storage space provided above the mounting table, inside thereof; final dust removing means for finally removing dust from air sent by a blower of an air conditioner from the air conditioner, capturing microorganisms, and introducing them into the storage space; heating means which is positioned directly above the final dust removing means, and heats air sent from the air conditioner; and humidifying means which has a nozzle protruding in a space on an upstream side of the final dust removing means on a downstream side of the heating means, and humidifies air sent through the heating means, and further has: openings which are parallelly installed on side parts of a safety cabinet having a work space, which is installed inside facility into which air is supplied from the air conditioner, and in which the storage space and the work space are communicable from the side parts of the safety cabinet; and doors which close the openings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
