LAMINATED SENSOR AND MECHANO-ELECTRICAL CONVERSION DEVICE

To provide a laminated sensor which is manufacturable by a simple manufacturing process, and with which it is possible to suppress an aging decrease in sensitivity and obtain a stable characteristic over a long period.SOLUTION: Provided is a flexible laminated sensor 3 arranged by superimposition on an elastic substrate 2, comprising: an elastic insulating layer 6; a pair of elastic conductive cloths 4, 5 arranged to face each other via the insulating layer; and adhesive layers 8a, 8b in which each conductive cloth is joined to the insulating layer.
