The ambient temperature acquisition units, 70, 80 acquire an ambient temperature Ta on the outside of a housing 10M of the temperature adjuster 10. The ambient temperature detection unit 90 detects a temperature Tp of a heat-generating component 40 that generates heat when operating inside of the housing 10M.
