Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for drying freezing particles of a raw material liquid in a short period.SOLUTION: Freezing particles are accumulated on a transparent accumulation plate 10 of a tray device 8, and infrared rays are radiated from an infrared radiation apparatus arranged above the accumulation plate 10 and an infrared radiation apparatus below the accumulation plate. The accumulation 9 of the freezing particles are dried in a short period because the infrared rays go through the accumulation plate 10 and then the infrared rays are radiated to the upper and lower parts of the accumulation of the freezing particles. Moreover, a compound to be dried is not degraded because of uniform heating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】原料液の凍結粒子を短時間で乾燥させる方法を提供する。【解決手段】トレイ装置8の透明な堆積板10上に凍結粒子を堆積させ、堆積板10の上方に配置された赤外線放射装置と下方に配置された赤外線放射装置の両方から赤外線を放射させる。赤外線は堆積板10を透過するから、凍結粒子の堆積物9は、上部と下部とに赤外線が照射されるので短時間に乾燥する。また、均一に加熱されるので、乾燥対象の化合物が劣化することもない。【選択図】図3
