Zusammenfassung:To provide a technique for reducing time taken to pick out a container having dried fine particles stored therein to an atmosphere and then for preventing the fine particles stored in the container from scattering due to pressure recovery caused when the container is picked up to the atmosphere, in a freezing vacuum dryer for spraying a raw material liquid into a vacuum to conduct self-freezing.SOLUTION: A freezing vacuum dryer 2 has an ice-making chamber 11 and a heating chamber 12, wherein a lid-attaching/detaching mechanism 33 is arranged inside the heating chamber 12, the mechanism: closing a particle-introducing port 80 by attaching a metallic lid member 8a to the particle-introducing port 80 of a tray device 8 stored in a tray-storing device 30; and detaching the lid member 8a attached on the particle-introducing port 80 of the tray device 8, from the particle-introducing port 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】原料液を真空中に噴射して自己凍結させる凍結真空乾燥装置において、乾燥させた粉体を収容した容器を大気中に取り出す時間を短縮するとともに、大気中に取り出す際の復圧時において容器に収容された粉体の飛散を防止する技術を提供する。【解決手段】製氷室11と加熱室12を有する凍結真空乾燥装置2において、トレイ収容装置30に収容されたトレイ装置8の粒子導入口80に金属製の蓋部材8aを装着して粒子導入口80を閉じ、かつ、トレイ装置8の粒子導入口80に装着された当該蓋部材8aを粒子導入口80から離脱させる蓋着脱機構33が加熱室12内に設けられている。【選択図】 図1
