Zusammenfassung:	To provide a ventilation device which can improve the accuracy in controlling a mechanical ventilation amount for achieving desired ventilation frequency.SOLUTION: A ventilation device includes: a ventilation device body 10 for ventilating between the inside of a room 1 and the outside of the room 1; volume detection means for detecting a volume of the inside of the room 1 except a volume occupied by an object inside the room 1; and a ventilation control part 35 for controlling a ventilation amount of the ventilation device body 10.
