Zusammenfassung:	To provide a scroll steam expansion system capable of obtaining sufficient seal effects by appropriately controlling the amount of water mixing in an expander upstream side.SOLUTION: A scroll steam expansion system 1 having a scroll expander 10 expanding high pressure steam HW sucked from inlet piping L1 and discharging low pressure steam from outlet piping L2 includes: a drain water tank 20 temporarily holding the low pressure steam LW and liquefied water discharged from the scroll expander 10 and outputting the low pressure steam LW to outside; and a pump 30 connected to a rotating shaft of the scroll expander 10, sucking water W corresponding to the rotational frequency of the scroll expander 10 from the drain water tank 20 and causing the water to mix in the inlet piping L1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】膨張機上流側に混入する水の量を適切に制御して十分なシール効果を得ることができるスクロール蒸気膨張システムを提供すること。【解決手段】入口配管Ｌ１から吸入した高圧蒸気ＨＷを膨張して出口配管Ｌ２から低圧蒸気を吐出するスクロール膨張機１０を有したスクロール蒸気膨張システム１であって、スクロール膨張機１０から吐出された低圧蒸気ＬＷ及び液化水を一時保留して低圧蒸気ＬＷを外部出力するドレン水タンク２０と、スクロール膨張機１０の回転軸に接続されてスクロール膨張機１０の回転数に応じた水Ｗをドレン水タンク２０から吸入して入口配管Ｌ１に混入するポンプ３０と、を備える。【選択図】図１
