To provide a vacuum degrease washing method and a vacuum degrease washing station that incline, wash and dry a washed thing in a decompressed washing room with any washing system.SOLUTION: A vacuum degrease washing method washing a washed thing W with an organic solvent L in a decompressed washing room 100 includes: a first step of carrying the washed thing W into the washing room 100; a second step of decompressing the cleaning room 100 after the first step; a third step of washing the washed thing W with an organic solvent L after the second step; and a fourth step of carrying out the washed thing W from the washing room 100 after the third step.
