Zusammenfassung:To avoid or reduce a collision between an own vehicle due to brake support and an on-coming object traveling on an on-coming lane in the case that the on-coming lane comes into a dead angle area of the own vehicle at an intersection.SOLUTION: A brake support control device 100 in a vehicle 500 including detectors 21, 22 and a brake support device 30 is provided. The brake support control device 100 includes an acquisition part 103 for acquiring surrounding information of an own vehicle from the detectors 21, 22, and a control part 101, P1, P2 for determining a dead angle area in an on-coming lane at an intersection by using the surrounding information of the own vehicle acquired from the acquisition part 103, and causing the brake support device 30 to execute brake support due to an intersection brake support level different from a reference brake support level to be executed for collision avoidance in the case of determining that an obstacle exists in the dead angle area while the own vehicle makes a turn at the intersection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】交差点において対向車線が自車両の死角領域に入っている場合に、制動支援に伴う自車両と対向車線を進行中の対象物との衝突を回避または軽減すること。【解決手段】検出器21、22と制動支援装置30とを備える車両500における制動支援制御装置100が提供される。制動支援制御装置100は、検出器21、22から自車両の周囲の情報を取得する取得部103と、取得部103から取得した自車両の周囲の情報を用いて交差点の対向車線における死角領域を決定し、自車両が交差点を旋回中に死角領域に障害物が存在すると判定した場合には、衝突回避のために実行される基準制動支援レベルとは異なる交差点制動支援レベルによって制動支援装置30により制動支援を実行させる制御部101、P1、P2とを備える。【選択図】図2
