Zusammenfassung: | To provide a laminate with peel resistance having a non-adhesive surface with which functions based on the non-adhesive surface can be exhibited for a long time by preventing peeling off of a surface layer comprising polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) even when applied in a high temperature environment, and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A laminate with peel resistance having a non-adhesive surface is configured such that a surface layer comprising polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is formed on a surface of a metal substrate via first and second primer layers, and is a press-bonded article of the laminate of: the metal substrate; the first primer layer constituted of a film including a polyimide resin and formed on a surface of the metal substrate; the second primer layer constituted of a melt-molded sheet including an adhesive fluorine-containing polymer and formed on a surface of the first primer layer; and a surface layer constituted of a calcined sheet including PTFE and formed on a surface of the second primer layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高温環境において適用される場合であっても、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)を含む表面層の剥離を防止して、長期間非粘着性表面に基づく機能を発揮することが可能な、非粘着性表面を有する耐剥離性積層体及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】金属基材の表面に第1及び第2プライマー層を介してポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)を含む表面層が形成された非粘着性表面を有する耐剥離性積層体であって、金属基材、該金属基材の表面に形成されたポリイミド樹脂を含む膜で構成された第1プライマー層、該第1プライマー層の表面に形成された接着性含フッ素重合体を含む溶融成形シートで構成された第2プライマー層、及び、第2プライマー層の表面に形成されたPTFEを含む焼成シートで構成された表面層の積層体の圧着物である、耐剥離性積層体。【選択図】なし |
