LAMINATE WITH PEEL RESISTANCE HAVING NON-ADHESIVE SURFACE

To provide a laminate with peel resistance having a non-adhesive surface with which functions based on the non-adhesive surface can be exhibited for a long time by preventing peeling off of a surface layer comprising polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) even when applied in a high temperature environment, and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: A laminate with peel resistance having a non-adhesive surface is configured such that a surface layer comprising polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is formed on a surface of a metal substrate via first and second primer layers, and is a press-bonded article of the laminate of: the metal substrate; the first primer layer constituted of a film including a polyimide resin and formed on a surface of the metal substrate; the second primer layer constituted of a melt-molded sheet including an adhesive fluorine-containing polymer and formed on a surface of the first primer layer; and a surface layer constituted of a calcined sheet including PTFE and formed on a surface of the second primer layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高温環境において適用される場合であっても、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン（ＰＴＦＥ）を含む表面層の剥離を防止して、長期間非粘着性表面に基づく機能を発揮することが可能な、非粘着性表面を有する耐剥離性積層体及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】金属基材の表面に第１及び第２プライマー層を介してポリテトラフルオロエチレン（ＰＴＦＥ）を含む表面層が形成された非粘着性表面を有する耐剥離性積層体であって、金属基材、該金属基材の表面に形成されたポリイミド樹脂を含む膜で構成された第１プライマー層、該第１プライマー層の表面に形成された接着性含フッ素重合体を含む溶融成形シートで構成された第２プライマー層、及び、第２プライマー層の表面に形成されたＰＴＦＥを含む焼成シートで構成された表面層の積層体の圧着物である、耐剥離性積層体。【選択図】なし
