Zusammenfassung:To realize an autoanalyzer with which it is possible to quickly and easily and accurately measure a backlash amount, as well as reduce a specimen suction amount, shorten an operating time, improve the efficiency of cleaning a dispensing mechanism and avoid the dilution of the specimen and a reagent.SOLUTION: A home removing operation and a home returning operation are performed (steps S1, S2), a specimen dispensing probe 16 is moved to a position of a cleaning tank 13, and acquisition of pressure change data is begun (steps S3, S4). A drive arm 24 is actuated, a syringe 17 moves in a suction direction by n pulses (step S5), the pressure change data is analyzed, determination is made as to whether or not a backlash amount is exceeded (step S6), and increment amount m pulses are added to the movement amount of the operation (step S9) in a case of NG, with operation returned to step S1. When it is determined that the backlash amount is exceeded, n pulses plus a fixed value E is preserved in a storage unit 30 as a suction backlash amount α (step S7).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】バックラッシュ量を迅速かつ容易に正確に測定でき、検体吸引量の削減、動作時間の短縮、分注機構の洗浄効率向上、並びに検体及び試薬の薄まりの回避が可能な自動分析装置を実現する。【解決手段】ホーム外し動作及びホーム戻し動作を行い(ステップS1、S2)検体分注プローブ16を洗浄槽13の位置まで移動し、圧力変動データの取得が開始される(ステップS3、S4)。駆動アーム24が動作し、シリンジ17がnパルス分だけ吸引方向へ移動し(ステップS5)、圧力変動データを解析し、バックラッシュ量を超えたか否かを判定し(ステップS6)、"NG"の場合は前動作の移動量に刻み量mパルス分を加算し(ステップS9)、ステップS1へ戻す。バックラッシュ量を超えたと判定すると、nパルスに固定値Eを足した値を吸引バックラッシュ量αとして記憶部30に保存する(ステップS7)。【選択図】図5
