Zusammenfassung:To provide a technique for means for returning pedals of a bicycle faster when the pedals are stepped down.SOLUTION: Outer peripheries of a top tube and a down tube constituting a lug type bicycle titanium frame are wound with a thin belt-like carbon material to a required width in one body nearby a head lug that the top tube and down tube cross, and consequently when pedals are stepped down, a bicycle body (frame) tilts and restoring force operates in a direction in which the bicycle body returns quickly from the tilt because of the carbon material wound around the down tube, etc., and united with the titanium tube to improve rotation efficiency of the pedals, etc., thereby leading to speedup.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】自転車のペタルを踏み込んだ場合、そのペダルの戻りを早める方策の技術は見当たらない。【解決手段】ラグ式の自転車チタンフレームで構成されるトップチューブ、ダウンチューブで交差されるヘッドラグ近傍に、トップチューブ、ダウンチューブの外周に所要幅で且つ薄い帯状カーボン材を巻き付け一体化したことで、ペタルを踏込みと車体(フレーム)が傾き、その復元力にダウンチューブ等に巻き付けたチタンチューブと一体のカーボン材作用で車体の傾きが素早く戻る方向に働き、ペタル等の回転効率が向上し、スピードアップに繋げようとするものである。。【選択図】図2
