Zusammenfassung:To determine surely that a screw fastening work is executed, from a sound generated at a screw fastening time, without being affected by a peripheral disturbance noise.SOLUTION: In an embodiment, acceleration data for showing acceleration of a designated tool at a screw fastening work, and sound data for showing a sound generated by the designated tool at the screw fastening work, are acquired, and a sound which is an analysis target is extracted from the sound data based on the acceleration data, and the quality of the screw fastening work is determined based on a frequency contained in the analysis target sound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】周囲の外乱音の影響を受けることなく、ねじの締付け時に発生する音からねじの締付け作業が実施されたことを確実に判定する。【解決手段】本発明の一態様は、ねじ締結作業時の指定工具の加速度を示す加速度データ、及びねじ締結作業時に指定工具によって発生した音を示す音データを取得し、加速度データに基づいて音データから分析対象とする音を抽出し、分析対象の音に含まれる周波数に基づいてねじ締結作業の良否を判定する。【選択図】図6
