Zusammenfassung:To provide a fluid pressure medical instrument that allows the weight to be reduced.SOLUTION: A fluid pressure medical instrument 1A attached to the tip 81 of a robot arm includes: a coupling part 2 coupled to the tip 81 of the robot arm; an insertion tube 3 extending from the coupling part 2; and a fluid pressure operation part 4 provided to the tip of the insertion tube 3. The fluid pressure medical instrument 1A further includes at least one fluid pressure shaft provided inside the coupling part 2, and a fluid pressure driving source for performing supply of hydraulic fluid to the fluid pressure operation part 4 and recovery of the hydraulic fluid from the fluid pressure operation part 4 by the rotation or linear motion of the fluid pressure shaft.
