Zusammenfassung:	To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment device capable of easily focusing on a treatment site.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser treatment device for treating an eye of a patient includes: treatment light irradiation means for irradiating a treatment laser beam onto the eye of the patient; sighting light irradiation means for irradiating sighting light indicating a position where the laser beam is irradiated; and sighting detection means for detecting the return light of the sighting light from the eye of the patient.
