Zusammenfassung: | To provide a fuel cell system in which operation of turbo compressor is stabilized, even if air mass flow supplied to a fuel cell changes significantly.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell, an air supply passage for supplying air to the fuel cell, a turbo compressor for supplying air to the fuel cell through the air supply passage, a bypass passage branched from the air supply passage and draining the air not passing the fuel cell, a pressure regulator for regulating the air mass flow passing through the air supply passage, a bypass valve for regulating the air mass flow passing through the bypass passage, and a control section for controlling the turbo compressor, the pressure regulator and the bypass valve. The control section calculates surplus air mass flow evacuated from the bypass passage, from a supply air flow based on the actual number of revolution of the turbo compressor and a target air flow to the fuel cell, and determines the opening of the bypass valve on the basis of the target air flow and the surplus air mass flow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】燃料電池へ供給する空気流量が大きく変化しても、ターボコンプレッサの動作が安定する、燃料電池システムを提供する。【解決手段】燃料電池と、前記燃料電池に空気を供給するための空気供給流路と、前記空気供給流路を通じて前記燃料電池に空気を供給するターボコンプレッサと、前記空気供給流路から分岐し前記燃料電池を経由しないで空気を排出するバイパス流路と、前記空気供給流路を通る空気流量を調節する調圧弁と、前記バイパス流路を通る空気流量を調節するバイパス弁と、前記ターボコンプレッサ、前記調圧弁及び前記バイパス弁を制御する制御部と、を備え、前記制御部は、前記ターボコンプレッサの実回転数に基づく供給空気流量及び前記燃料電池への目標空気流量から、前記バイパス流路から排気する余剰空気流量を算出し、前記目標空気流量及び前記余剰空気流量に基づいて、前記バイパス弁の開度を決定する、燃料電池システム。【選択図】図1 |
