Zusammenfassung:To provide power storage module manufacturing apparatus and method that can reduce stress to be applied to a resin portion when a communication hole forming portion is removed from a communication hole.SOLUTION: A power storage module 4 includes an electrode laminate 11 containing a plurality of electrodes E laminated in a lamination direction D1, and a seal member 12 surrounding the electrode laminate 11. The plurality of electrodes E include a bipolar electrode 14. The seal member 12 includes a first resin portion 23 provided with a communication hole 23a communicating with an internal space V provided between adjacent electrodes E.
