Zusammenfassung:To reduce complaints of a customer about waiting time in a store.SOLUTION: A privilege providing device 1 has: a standby time prediction unit 122 which predicts standby time of a customer visiting a store; and a privilege providing unit 125 which provides the customer with privileges usable at the predicted standby time and usable at a portable terminal possessed by the customer. The standby time prediction unit 122 predicts standby time based on information indicating a reason for visit of the customer.
