The selection of the burnt color sample image (Gcx) includes the creation of the burnt color sample image (Gcx), a burnt color is selected from the burnt color sample image, and burnt color adjustment is automated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被調理物から画像情報を取得し、この画像情報に基づく被調理物の焼き色調整の自動化を図る。【解決手段】被調理物（Ｆｘ）の画像情報を取得し、焼き色サンプル画像（Ｇｃｘ）を選択し、該焼き色サンプル画像が示す焼き色（Ｃｘ）に被調理物（Ｆｘ）の加熱を制御する。焼き色サンプル画像（Ｇｃｘ）の選択には焼き色サンプル画像（Ｇｃｘ）の生成を含み、この焼き色サンプル画像から焼き色が選択され、焼き色調整が自動化される。【選択図】図１
