Zusammenfassung: | To propose a novel reconstruction of an existing pipeline.SOLUTION: An existing pipeline A between manholes M1 and M2 of about 30 m will be reconstructed. A tip conduit 11 having one or both of a crushing blade (fixed blade) 12 and a movable blade 61 is propelled while adding inner and outer pipes 18 and 19, and the existing pipe is crushed by pressing, pinching, and cutting the existing pipe a of the crushing blade and the movable blade by the propulsion. The crushed piece a' is collected in the inner pipe 18. This action is performed from the manhole M1 on the starting side to the manhole M2 on the reaching side. When the crushed recovery of the pipe a of the existing pipeline A is completed, the inner pipe 18 is recovered together with the crushed rubbish a'. After the collection, the straightness of the existing pipeline is measured, and if the linearity is obtained, a new pipe is loaded to construct a new pipeline. If the linearity is not obtained, the old pipe is excavated so that the linearity is obtained, and then the old pipe is loaded with the new pipe to construct the new pipe. If the outer pipe 19 can form a new pipeline, the loading of the new pipe is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】既設管路の新規な改築を提案する。【解決手段】30m程度のマンホールM1、M2間の既設管路Aを改築する。破砕刃(固定刃)12と可動刃61の一方又は両者を有する先導管11を内外管18、19を継ぎ足しながら推進し、その推進による破砕刃と可動刃の既設管aの押圧・挟圧・切断破砕によって既設管を破砕する。破砕片a'は内管18内に回収される。この作用を発進側のマンホールM1から到達側のマンホールM2まで行う。既設管路Aの管aの破砕回収が終われば、内管18を破砕ガラa'と共に回収する。その回収後、既設管路の直線性を測定し、直線性が出ていれば、新管を装填して新管路を構築し、直線性が出ていない場合、直線性がでるように旧管路を掘削して直線性を出した後、その旧管路に新管を装填して新管路を構築する。外管19で新設管路が構成し得る場合は前記新管の装填は止める。【選択図】図9 |
