Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for producing a metal powder material capable of producing a metal powder material suitable for producing a three-dimensional molding in a lamination molding process.SOLUTION: A raw material production step of producing a raw material body made of metal grains by an atomization process and a grain cracking step of mechanically dissolving the coagulation of the metal grains in the raw material body are performed in this order to produce a metal powder material. In the grain cracking step, the shear of the coagulated body of the metal grains is performed by an air flow, and shear force is applied to the coagulated body by a forced vortex.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】積層造形法において、三次元造形物を製造するのに適した金属粉末材料を製造できる金属粉末材料の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】アトマイズ法によって、金属粒子よりなる原料体を製造する原料製造工程と、原料体における金属粒子の凝集を力学的に解消する解粒工程と、をこの順に行うことで、金属粉末材料を製造する。解粒工程は、気流によって金属粒子の凝集体の剪断を行うものであり、強制渦によって凝集体に剪断力を印加する。【選択図】図5
