Zusammenfassung:To provide a power supply capable of stably controlling an output current.SOLUTION: The power supply according to an embodiment supplies an output current to an electromagnet in accordance with a reference current signal which transits between a first signal value and a second signal value. The power supply comprises: a first power converter configured to output a first voltage during a first time period which is a transition period of the output current and to output a second voltage during a time period other than the first time period; a second power converter connected to the first power converter in series at an output; and a control device configured to control the output current. The control device comprises: a control amount generating means configured to generate and output a control amount according to a deflection between the reference current signal and the output current signal indicating the output current; and a control amount limiting means configured to limit the output of the control amount generating means to be within a predetermined limit value.
